Would you say that you are a very determined person?
No, I don’t think so. I am not a very determined person. I usually discuss or consult with our colleagues and find out good solutions, because I don’t think I am always right. I want to listen a lot of ideas or opinions from other people to make good decisions.
About 10 years ago, I had negotiate with stakeholder’s person in charge about the price of subsidiary stocks. He once agreed with me at some price and promised me in verbal. But little bit later he overturned his promise and he refused the price. From this experience, I studied that taking a evidence is really important in business.

Was there ever a moment or time when you wanted to give up on something? What happen?

We are planning so that the renovation will go on as expected. The terminal needs to undergo construction.
